here are two useful bits of information:
1) ask politely when you want someone to do something for you
and 2) go to a library and open a book. |

I agree with "guest" a please could be useful to you. 
but if you are looking for topics about a castle, and not nessisarialy about its inhabitants look up castle in the encyclopedia and it will give you plenty of information.
