Review this castle

We liked looking at the castles.  We have been studying the Middle Ages and castles.  We went to the Cloisters Museum in New York.  This museum looks like a castle.  We went inside a cloister.
Castles were made out of stone.  The castle protected the Lord and Lady and the other people inside of the castle from war.  The lord and lady sleep in the keep.  There was a chapel, a great kitchen, a guard room, a dungeon and the great hall where the people had a feast.

We went to a museum called the Cloisters.  The outside looks just like a castle.  There were arrow slits, a portcullis, stained glass windows, an outside garden and a tower.  We learned about castles at this museum.
