|
|
| I am a Disneyland fan and have noticed that on the tallest tower of Sleeping Beauty's Castle, there is a small "appendage tower" attached. I see the same architectural feature on the tallest tower of Neuschwanstein, Disney's inspiration. Can you tell me the function of this "appendage tower?" Also, at least at Disneyland, the windows in this "appendage tower" are cross-shaped, unlike any other windows in the castle. I haven't been to Neuschwanstein nor have I seen closeup photos to see if this detail exists there also. Can you tell me why they are so shaped? Thank you for any enlightenment you can provide. |
